During the first week of the UN Climate talks in Durban, South Africa at the end of November, grassroots groups will connect with each other and with the climate talks at African-themed events around the UK.
Stop Climate Chaos Cymru has launched a new online tool for lobbying Welsh Assembly Candidates for action on climate change in Wales.
Developed by Cardiff-based digital communications company NativeHQ in partnership with Paperfold Media, this will allow anyone visiting SCCCymru’s website to enter their post-code and find all their regional and constituency candidates’ views on climate change.
With the Welsh Assembly elections coming up in May, Stop Climate Chaos Cymru is running fringe events at 3 party conferences entitled ‘Cutting Carbon – Creating Jobs’. Based on research carried out by Cardiff Business School, these will present affordable Welsh policy solutions to climate change which promote social justice and boost employment.
Stop Climate Chaos Cymru invites you to a question and answer session with some of the candidates for the European Union Parliament elections.
